Chemical Tracking

Record keeping for chemical use is becoming more of a concern for many pest control operators. To help meet these needs the chemical tracking features in SPCS allow you to log ANY NUMBER of different chemicals and quantities for a particular job.

Chemicals logged include:

  • Product name
  • Manufacturer
  • EPA registration #
  • Diluted and Actual Quantities Used
  • Dosage Rate
  • Unit of Measure
  • Targeted Pests
  • Application Methods
  • Locations Treated

A customer's complete service and chemical history is available by simply pressing a key.

There are a number of chemical usage reports available. Each report can be run for any date range you specify. Chemical usage reports include chemicals used, quantities, product names, manufacturers, EPA registration numbers, and the number of jobs. You can also print chemical usage reports for any customer on demand.

State Specific Chemical Reports
SPCS has specific chemical reports required by many states including the chemical usage report required by the DEC in the state of New York and the Monthly Pesticide Use Report required by the state of California.
